On Saturday, April 28, 2018, The New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) Research Institute will host its inaugural Family Stem Cell Day at the NYSCF Research Institute, which will bring together students as well as their parents for an exciting day of hands-on scientific exploration!

Family Stem Cell Day will take place on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Registration begins at 9:30 AM and activities will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM. Lunch will take place at 12:00 PM.

No – complimentary lunch will be provided with the day’s program. Vegetarian options will be available.
In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone at Family Stem Cell Day, we require all attendees to be in kindergarten or older. Please make sure you indicate your childrens’ ages and grades on the registration form. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the age requirement.
Yes! The program is designed to be age-appropriate for students in grades K – 8, but will engage students of all ages. We welcome your high school student to join us, and will provide a separate track for him or her on that day. Space for high school students is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early! If interest exceeds our capacity for the day, we will announce additional dates for high school students to visit the lab in the future.
Yes, all K – 8 students must be accompanied by an adult. High school students need not be accompanied by an adult.
Yes! We welcome groups of students, but there must be one adult chaperone for every five students who attend. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
