NYSCF uniquely offers a broad range of readily accessible patient-derived and control cell lines, including isogenic pairs. Our automation enables us to achieve unparalleled scale – the NYSCF Repository includes thousands of iPSC lines derived from individuals representing many diseases, and several of these disease collections exceed 100 donors in size and include robust cohorts of specific subtypes. These lines are available to the academic research community and the commercial sector.
For research groups or institutions interested in accessing our lines or inquiring about availability of disease cohorts, please contact us. We ask that you include a brief statement of work on how you plan to use the lines.
