In celebration of The New York Stem Cell Foundation’s fifth anniversary, we were thrilled to hold an exclusive Online Art Auction with artwork by Chuck Close, Christo, and Roy Lichtenstein.
In celebration of The New York Stem Cell Foundation’s fifth anniversary, we were thrilled to hold an exclusive Online Art Auction. Three esteemed members of the NYSCF family — including this year’s Gala Honoree Dorothy Lichtenstein, Board Member and 2007 Honoree Chuck Close, and Christo — have each been kind enough to donate an exceptional work of art to benefit NYSCF’s mission to accelerate cures for the major diseases of our time through stem cell research.
These three special pieces were auctioned online. Bidding closed on Friday, October 15h. This was a very special opportunity not only to acquire a remarkable and important art piece, but also to support NYSCF’s mission of making a difference in the lives of millions of people who are affected by Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, heart disease, ALS, SMA, cancer, bone and eye disease, and others.
