Dr. Knight is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where his lab is developing new technologies for mapping neural circuits by sequencing RNA and using these tools to identify the cells that control innate behaviors such as feeding. He completed his postdoctoral research at The Rockefeller University.
