Clinical Research Team

Lisa Voltolina is NYSCF’s Director of Clinical Research and Regulatory Compliance. She oversees NYSCF’s clinical research and regulatory activities and provides guidance, training, and leadership to NYSCF staff. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys binging The Golden Girls and eating chocolate. 

Becca Wood is NYSCF’s Clinical Research Program Manager. She manages the day-to-day operations of the program with a focus on recruitment and enrollment into NYSCF’s clinical research studies. In her free time, you can find Becca watching reality TV or cheering on her North Carolina Tar Heels.

Krutika Patel is NYSCF’s Clinical Research Project Manager. She works with participants through the screening, consent and enrollment process, and collects samples and health information. In her free time, Krutika loves to go hiking, weightlifting at the gym, and eating spicy food.

Lauren Gripp and Monica Nario are NYSCF’s Research Nurse Practitioners. They collect samples and health information from participants of different ethnic backgrounds and medical conditions. Outside of work, Lauren likes traveling, weightlifting, journaling, and exploring local coffee shops.Monica loves to decorate cakes, bake, and spend time with family and friends.
