Susan Solomon Presents at TEDGlobal

Susan Solomon, CEO of The New York Stem Cell Foundation, presented on Wednesday June 27 at TEDGlobal in Edinburgh, Scotland. The international wing of the famed TED conference brought 76 innovative thought-leaders from across the world together to share their expertise in fields ranging from cell biology to classical music. Solomon described the founding of NYSCF and its mission to accelerate disease cures through stem cell research. She enumerated current problems facing drug discovery, and how NYSCF is uniquely situated to revolutionize this process. During her address, Ms. Solomon also announced the creation and development of the NYSCF Global Stem Cell Array, an automated robotic technology capable of creating stem cell lines with unprecedented accuracy and standardization.
