Our repository includes hundreds of iPSC lines derived from individuals representing many diseases and control lines. These lines are available to the academic research community and the commercial sector. For research groups or institutions interested in accessing our lines or inquiring about availability of disease cohorts, please contact our Repository team at repository@nyscf.org.

NYSCF was acquired by The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) late last year and our cell lines are now rolling up into the JAX Catalog of iPSC lines, which includes many engineered lines combined with patient-derived lines (including healthy controls). These are all available for ordering and purchasing online on the JAX website. Additional patient-derived lines will become available in the coming months.
