Repository / Stem Celdl Search

NYSCF has embarked on a program to create an array of stem cell lines to represent the majority of human genetics—stem cell “avatars” for the world’s population—a resource that holds the potential to reshape both personal healthcare and the medical industry.

Stem Cell Search

The NYSCF Research Institute makes stem cell lines available through its Stem Cell Repository. A specialized stem cell search interface has been developed through a collaboration between the NYSCF Research Institute and eagle-i, a project of Harvard Catalyst at Harvard Medical School. With this new tool, NYSCF and eagle-i are enabling stem cell researchers to revolutionize access to stem cell lines. If you produce stem cell lines and believe that greater transparency and accessibility are critical to accelerating translational stem cell research, contact us to get started.

Our repository search function is currently being updated.  If you would like to be notified when it’s ready, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Additional panels of iPSC lines are available including the following:

  • Personal Genome Project iPSC Panel – includes fully sequenced lines.  Read more about these lines.
  • Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease iPSC Panel
  • Batten’s Disease iPSC Panel (will continue to be expanded as more lines are added)
  • Diabetes iPSC Panel
  • Ethnic Diversity iPSC Panel
  • Multiple Sclerosis iPSC Panel
